Binagoongan Baboy

Pork cooked with bagoong (shrimp paste) and chilli, with eggplant. A much-loved Filipino food from the canteens and turo-turos of the Philippines.

As with many Filipino dishes, the flavour is quite strong, as the intention is to mix each mouthful of the ulam with rice.
